As Transformation Director, you will lead the overall change process within the company, identifying and implementing strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to develop transformation plans aligned with the company’s objectives. Your role will be to design and execute transformation projects, ensure effective communication of changes, and guarantee successful adoption of new practices and processes within the organization. You will also oversee change management, taking care to minimize resistance and maximize employee commitment.

• Solid experience as Transformation Director or in a similar role
• In-depth understanding of transformation methodologies, proven skills in managing complex projects and the ability to mobilize and influence teams at all levels of the company.
• Results orientation, advanced analytical skills and excellent ability to communicate and navigate in a fast-changing environment
