As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of site operations. You will manage teams dedicated to production, logistics, maintenance and quality, while ensuring that operational targets are met. Your role will be to develop strategies to maximize efficiency, guarantee product or service quality, optimize costs and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will work closely with other departments to anticipate capacity needs, introduce new technologies and contribute to the overall success of our company.

• Solid experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within a production company
• In-depth knowledge of operations, proven skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and ability to develop innovative solutions to operational challenges
• Results orientation, advanced analytical skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams
