As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all payroll-related activities within the company. You will manage teams dedicated to payroll processing, regulatory compliance and benefits management. Your role will involve developing strategies to ensure accurate and timely payments, ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations, and implementing innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of the payroll process. You will work closely with the human resources and finance teams to anticipate compensation needs and ensure transparent and fair payroll management.

• Solid experience as a Payroll Manager or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, payroll-related tax regulations and proven skills in managing compensation teams
