As HR Director, you will lead all HR initiatives, developing strategies to attract, retain and develop talent. You will supervise teams dedicated to recruitment management, training and development, performance management, benefits and employee relations management. Your role will be to create and implement HR policies aligned with the company’s objectives, promote a positive corporate culture and ensure compliance with HR regulatory standards. You will work closely with management to anticipate talent needs, improve employee engagement and contribute to the overall success of our company.

• Solid experience as HR Director or in a similar role in a dynamic company
• In-depth understanding of best practices in human resources management, proven skills in managing HR teams and ability to develop innovative solutions to HR challenges
• Results orientation, advanced analytical skills and excellent ability to communicate and influence
