As CSP Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the company’s centralized administrative functions. You will manage the team responsible for accounting, payroll, IT services and other key operational activities. Your role will be to define and implement efficient processes, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and optimize internal service delivery. You will collaborate with internal departments to meet operational needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and service quality.

• Solid experience as a CSP Manager or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of shared services best practices
• Team management skills and proven ability to optimize operational efficiency
