Job description

As Customer Service Manager, you will develop strategies to continuously improve service quality and ensure that customer satisfaction targets are met. Your role will be to define service standards, optimize customer service operational processes, and motivate and coach teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. You will work closely with other departments to understand customer needs, solve complex problems and contribute to the overall improvement of the customer experience.

Profile required

  • Solid experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated taste for customer satisfaction, proven skills in managing customer service teams and ability to develop innovative strategies to elevate the customer experience
  • Results orientation, advanced analytical skills and excellent problem-solving and communication skills
