As interim CSP Director, you will lead the implementation and transformation of shared services within the company. Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing processes, defining new operational strategies and managing shared services teams. You’ll work closely with the company’s various entities to ensure a smooth transition and optimize the efficiency of shared services. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, establishing key performance indicators and promoting a customer-oriented service culture within the CSP.

• Solid experience as a CSP Manager or in a similar role
