As a Turnaround Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth reviews of operations, identifying the underlying causes of difficulties and devising effective turnaround plans. In collaboration with internal teams, you will lead the implementation of corrective measures, the review of operational processes and the redefinition of business strategies. You’ll also be responsible for negotiating with financial partners, restoring stakeholder confidence and guiding the company towards a positive trajectory.
