Job description
As a PSE Consultant, you will be responsible for carrying out in-depth analyses of organizational impacts, designing job-saving plans in compliance with current legislation, and coordinating their implementation. You will work closely with HR teams, employee representatives and social partners to ensure transparent communication and effective support for the employees concerned. As a referent, you will monitor legal procedures, manage internal mobility, and play an active role in maintaining a favorable social climate during periods of transition.

Profile required
- Proven expertise in managing the social aspects of organizational transformations
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, skills in negotiating with social partners and ability to draw up fair and effective job-saving plans.
- Excellent communication skills, social sensitivity and understanding of HR issues in a context of change
