As a Carve-out Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the various phases of the disposal process, from initial planning to final execution. You will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless and effective separation of activities, assets and responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential risks, implementing strategic solutions, managing communications with stakeholders and overseeing the legal and financial aspects of the process. • Solid expertise in the management of company sale and demerger projects
• In-depth knowledge of financial, legal and operational processes related to carve-outs
• Proven ability to navigate complex environments
• Previous experience in a similar role, combined with excellent communication and project management skills
