As R&D Director, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of research and development initiatives. You will lead multidisciplinary teams dedicated to the design of new products, the continuous improvement of existing products and the exploration of new technologies. Your role will be to develop strategies to drive innovation, define R&D objectives aligned with the company’s strategy, and ensure the successful implementation of projects. You’ll work closely with other departments to turn ideas into concrete products, anticipate market trends and maintain our industry-leading position.

• Solid experience as R&D Manager or in a similar role
• In-depth technical expertise, proven skills in managing research teams and the ability to transform concepts into marketable products
