As Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing all manufacturing activities. You will manage teams dedicated to production, planning, quality and maintenance. Your role will be to develop strategies to maximize operational efficiency, guarantee product quality, and optimize production costs. You will work closely with other departments to anticipate capacity needs, introduce new technologies and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your objective will be to manage efficient, sustainable production in line with market expectations.

• Solid experience as Production Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing company
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, proven team management skills and ability to develop innovative solutions to production challenges
• Results orientation, advanced analytical skills and the ability to anticipate and solve operational problems
