As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing all the company’s maintenance activities. You’ll lead teams dedicated to preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, facilities management and work planning. Your role will be to develop strategies to maximize equipment availability, minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will work closely with other departments to anticipate maintenance needs linked to the company’s growth, while fostering a culture of safety and operational efficiency.

• Solid experience as Maintenance Manager or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices, proven skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and ability to develop innovative strategies to improve operational reliability.
• Results orientation, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to anticipate and solve technical problems
