As Interim General Counsel, you will lead the transition of the company’s legal operations. Your responsibilities will include evaluating existing legal practices, implementing new policies and procedures, and managing legal teams. You will work closely with the various business units to ensure smooth integration of legal processes during the transition period. Your role will also include ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, overseeing legal contracts and agreements, and advising management on the legal implications of strategic decisions.

• Solid experience as Legal Director or in a similar role
• Proven expertise in managing legal transitions, implementing organizational change and in-depth understanding of relevant legal regulations
