As Transition Consolidation Manager, you will lead the transition of the company’s consolidation operations. Your responsibilities will include evaluating existing consolidation processes, implementing new policies and procedures, and managing consolidation teams. You will work closely with the finance teams to ensure smooth integration of consolidation processes during the transition period. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with international accounting standards, coordinating the financial close and preparing accurate consolidated reports.

• Solid experience as a Consolidation Manager or in a similar role
• Proven expertise in managing consolidation transitions, implementing organizational changes and in-depth understanding of international accounting standards
• Exceptional leadership skills, results orientation and excellent communication skills are essential
