Job description

As a Continuous Improvement consultant, you will be responsible for assessing existing processes, identifying optimization opportunities and working closely with operational teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and deploying methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, supervising improvement projects, measuring results and ensuring the sustainability of the changes made. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will also be called upon to provide consultancy expertise to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Profile required

  • Solid experience in the field of continuous improvement
  • Proven expertise in implementing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
  • In-depth understanding of business processes and ability to identify and resolve inefficiencies
  • Excellent communication skills, results orientation and ability to work collaboratively
